Refund Policy:

Because there are a variety of issues that may impact finished goods, GHP encourages clients to inspect delivered product and notify us as soon as possible if there is a problem. 

Upon receipt of your order, please check it carefully for accuracy. Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization from GHP. All returned goods requests must be made within 30 days of the shipping date unless other arrangements are made with GHP. 

Shipping:

During checkout on the digital storefront, GHP estimates the total shipping cost of an order based on weight and destination. Depending on the final shipping requirements of your order, this amount may change.

Session timeout:

Our system will log you off after 60 minutes of inactivity.

Document personalization:

Use the update preview button on VDP products to see an on screen proof of your printed document. Fields in yellow are required. During data entry, any errors are indicated by a small warning icon (for missed fields) or red text (for text that must be entered in a particular format).

Credit Card Checkout:

Be sure to enter the address on your billing statement when on the credit card checkout pages.  If address verification fails, your transaction will be declined.
